jetlag-so called

whenever school starts,
the first few week
i ll be struggling in finding the balance btw my sleeping time and study time
cos usually it seems that i ll prone to sleep more as in MORE literally compared to my study time!!!!!!

need determintion not to climb to my bed even when i feel sleepy
but nowadays my biological clock seems to ring the alarm at 8pm and automatically i ll feel sleepy!!!
i can even sleep while sitting on my chair!!
not good not good

too much to study
too little time
so have to sleep normally!!!!!!!

Dear Lord,
Pls give me determination and strength as i start my medical study as a 3rd year student.
and also not to forget
self-discipline and hardworks are needed to finish my 3rd year happily with no regrets!!

now my jetlag starts to get better but very tiring =(
though most of the time when i tried to stay up a lil late, my mind ll be wandering XD
